Singapore, September 11, 2025 – eduCLaaS welcomed an academic leader from the University of San Carlos (USC), a leading Catholic university in Cebu City , to its Singapore Headquarters. The visit followed the recent Agentic CLaaS® Global Launch in Makati, Philippines last August 6th and reflects USC’s engagement in exploring innovative learning models and expanding digital learning opportunities for Filipino students.

The USC visit, led by its Business Chair, was hosted by eduCLaaS Founder and CEO, Leslie Loh, with the Philippines Alliance team joining remotely. Building on prior exchanges, the dialogue explored ways to align USC’s business programs with adaptive learning models —aimed at boosting industry relevance and preparing Cebuanos for the future of work.
During the meeting, Leslie Loh highlighted the challenge higher education faces in producing skilled, job-ready graduates amid rigid, traditional models that often limit personalized learning. eduCLaaS introduced its Agentic Adaptive Learning solution as a transformative approach to personalize curricula, match academic outcomes with industry needs, and deliver measurable business impact. This model offers USC a future-ready framework to enhance its curriculum, bridging classroom learning with practical, real-world application.
“We at eduCLaaS are deeply honored to host USC, a partner whose academic reputation and dedication to educational innovation we greatly admire,” said Leslie Loh, CEO of eduCLaaS. “We look forward to co-creating curriculum pathways that will prepare USC’s students for tomorrow’s challenges.”
“USC is always looking for ways to give our students learning that connects with real work. This conversation with eduCLaaS helps us see new ways to make our business programs more practical and useful for their future,” said University of San Carlos’ Business Administration Chair.
This milestone reflects the growing eduCLaaS collaborations with the leading Philippine universities, reinforcing USC’s reputation as one of the country’s top institutions for business and economics. It also marks eduCLaaS’ continuing engagement in the Visayas region, strengthening initiatives with big universities.
Through this engagement, USC and eduCLaaS expressed their shared intent to explore ways of shaping future-ready graduates by combining academic excellence with industry relevance. Discussions focused on how innovation, applied learning, and digital pathways can be integrated into business programs to better prepare for the Future of Work and translate into meaningful career outcomes.
