Manila, September 27, 2025 – eduCLaaS proudly joined the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) 93rd Annual General Assembly and National Conference, held at the Makati Diamond Residences, Makati City. This marked a significant milestone for eduCLaaS, with its first partner participation at PACU’s flagship event, which convened the country’s top academic leaders to shape the future of higher education.

Themed “Driving Innovation, Inclusiveness, and Complementarity to Achieve Outcomes and Employability: Shaping the Future of Higher Education,” the conference emphasized the shared responsibility of institutions in building an inclusive, future-ready, and accessible education system. eduCLaaS embodied this vision by showcasing its digital-first learning models, AI-powered Agentic CLaaS® framework, and work-integrated pathways designed to advance innovation, inclusiveness, and employability in the Philippine’s higher education system.
eduCLaaS Founder and CEO, Mr. Leslie Loh, took the stage in the afternoon session, delivering insights on Agentic CLaaS®, eduCLaaS’ recently launched AI-powered adaptive learning framework.
Agentic CLaaS® introduces a new paradigm in education by blending human-centered learning design with generative AI. It empowers learners to take charge of their own educational journeys through personalized pathways, real-time feedback, and adaptive learning support that evolves with their goals. For institutions, the framework enables scalable delivery of competency-based education, improving learner autonomy while also ensuring alignment with workforce needs.
By integrating AI tutors, dynamic curriculum mapping, and skills-first assessment, Agentic CLaaS® bridges the gap between traditional higher education and the rapidly changing demands of the digital economy.
“Traditional models of education must evolve to keep pace with the digital economy,” Mr. Loh emphasized. He highlighted how Agentic CLaaS® equips students with the flexibility and ownership to shape their learning journey, offering tailored pathways that not only build academic qualifications but also prepare them with practical, industry-ready skills. His message reinforced how this innovation directly aligns with the Philippines’ national priorities for a more inclusive, future-ready education system.
Looking ahead, eduCLaaS is set to expand its initiatives in the Philippines through new program rollouts and collaborations with academic institutions, supporting the nation’s vision for inclusive, future-ready education. By combining academic study, digital bootcamps, and industry apprenticeships through its blended work2learn model, eduCLaaS continues to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry demands, ensuring graduates are both credentialed and career-ready.
This milestone participation at PACU 2025 signals eduCLaaS’s continued role in shaping a digital-first learning ecosystem that empowers both learners and institutions for long-term success.
