A Bold Step Toward the Future: eduCLaaS Unveils Agentic CLaaS® for an AI-Powered Adaptive Learning at Global Launch Live Hybrid Event in the Philippines
Makati City, Philippines – August 6, 2025 – eduCLaaS marked a major milestone in the evolution of AI-powered education with the global launch of its Agentic CLaaS® platform, unveiled during a landmark hybrid event at The City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati City and streamed live via Zoom.
Attended by thought leaders, education experts, and industry professionals, Agentic CLaaS® is designed for universities to accelerate their transformation into Lifelong Applied Digital Institutions and for enterprises to reimagine workforce learning and development (L&D) as AI-first organizations. Agentic CLaaS® delivers hyper-personalized, job-aligned learning journeys—what eduCLaaS calls “Batch of One”—to equip learners with the exact skills demanded by a fast-changing digital economy.
Morning Plenary: Vision, Strategy, and Technology Foundations
The event opened with a forward-looking keynote by Leslie Loh, Founder & CEO of Lithan eduCLaaS, exploring the accelerating impact of AI and automation on industries, emphasizing that traditional “one-size-fits-all” education models cannot keep pace. Instead, he championed adaptive, personalized learning ecosystems as essential for workforce resilience and career agility.
“Every learner deserves a Batch of One journey—continuously evolving with their goals and the demands of the job market,” said Leslie. “Agentic CLaaS® makes this possible by combining AI-powered personalization with scalable delivery, enabling both universities and enterprises to stay competitive in the AI era.”
Following this, Leslie presented the Agentic CLaaS®, detailing how the system, built on Microsoft’s Power Platform, enables modular, role-based customization, continuous diagnostics, and real-time mentorship through its LEARN AI model (Learn, Evaluate, Adjust, Reinforce, Next Step). He also outlined a transformation blueprint demonstrating how institutions and enterprises can serve diverse learners with flexible, stackable micro-credentials aligned to frameworks such as SkillsFuture and ESCO, enabling continuous, industry-relevant upskilling for both academic and corporate environments.
Krishnamoorthy Ramoo, Co-Founder & COO, then took the stage to showcase how organizations can embed upskilling into daily operations, automate learning pathways, and shift from reliance on external providers to building internal, AI-enabled digital capabilities. He underscored the platform’s capacity to deliver role-specific, performance-driven education through backward curriculum design and the 70:20:10 learning integration model.
The morning concluded with a live demonstration of Agentic CLaaS®’s integrated tools—CLaaS® Developer for automated curriculum design, CLaaS® Mentor for AI-guided learning support, CLaaS® Curriculum for ready-to-deploy, job-aligned content, and CLaaS® Manager for operational automation and analytics—revealing how the platform personalizes learning journeys while streamlining institutional and corporate training operations.
Afternoon Sessions: Application and Strategic Deployment
The afternoon program shifted focus from vision to execution, featuring practical applications and strategic roadmaps led by Leslie Loh. Attendees saw how Agentic CLaaS® has been deployed to enable scalable, adaptive upskilling at an enterprise level.
This was followed by a digital maturity assessment & practices roadmap, where Leslie outlined a step-by-step framework for organizations to evaluate current capabilities and define AI-first transformation priorities. He also provided concrete models for embedding AI-powered learning into workforce onboarding and development cycles, along with actionable pathways to implement Agentic CLaaS® in both academic and enterprise contexts.
A Dual Impact: Universities and Enterprises in the AI Era
Agentic CLaaS® stands as a comprehensive solution for two critical transformations. For universities, it enables the shift toward Lifelong Applied Digital Institutions—serving students, working professionals, and adult learners through adaptive, industry-aligned pathways that boost employability. For enterprises, it redefines L&D by embedding continuous, AI-powered skills development into business operations, enabling scalable upskilling that aligns directly with evolving job requirements.
From Makati to the world, the launch event demonstrated that the future of education and work is not about mass delivery—it is about personalized, scalable, AI-driven learning ecosystems that prepare every learner, and every organization, for sustained success in the AI-first economy.
