eduCLaaS Visit to Philippine Women’s Collage of Davao Strengthens Partnership for AI-Powered, Outcome-Based Learning
Davao City, Philippines — September 30, 2025 – After four years of virtual collaboration, eduCLaaS made a vibrant return to Davao City for its first face-to-face engagement with the Philippine Women’s College (PWC) of Davao since their partnership began in 2021. The visit centered on advancing AI-powered, outcome-based learning solutions that equip Filipino students and professionals to thrive in a digital-first world. The warm hospitality and active participation from PWC representatives reflected a shared commitment to driving educational transformation through innovation and collaboration.
A key highlight of the visit was a compelling one-hour keynote delivered by Leslie Loh, Founder & CEO of Lithan eduCLaaS, titled “Agentic Adaptive CLaaS® for a Skills-First Future of Learning.” The session addressed the urgent need to bridge the digital divide and reduce inequality across Asia. Through the Agentic Adaptive CLaaS® model, an AI-powered, personalized learning approach, eduCLaaS connects education with employability by empowering learners through competency-based, project-driven, and hybrid-flexible learning. This model allows learners to gain industry-relevant experience without compromising their work-life balance.
Throughout the session, Leslie also shared concrete examples of how eduCLaaS’ Work-Study Bachelor’s Degree programs in Software Engineering and Digital Business enable learners to start working after just one year and graduate with both a degree and real-world experience. Following this, he introduced the Lifelong Applied Digital University, designed to help individuals continuously reskill through AI-powered adaptive curricula.
“This visit goes beyond a face-to-face engagement—it’s about strengthening partnerships and driving innovation in education,” said Leslie, CEO of eduCLaaS. “Together with institutions like PWC, we’re enabling students to learn faster, apply their skills in real projects, and achieve tangible career outcomes.”
The agenda was a milestone moment that capped off a six-day trip and four days of strategic meetings across the Philippines. It marks a renewed chapter in eduCLaaS’ collaboration with Philippine institutions, reinforcing its mission to deliver affordable, outcome-based, and work-integrated learning across Asia. It also underscores eduCLaaS’ continued commitment to scaling AI-powered, skills-first education that empowers Filipino learners to stay ahead in the digital workforce.
PWC of Davao played an exceptional role as host, earning sincere appreciation for the unwavering commitment to advancing digital transformation in education. Through the strong commitment, this collaboration continues to inspire the expansion of skills-first learning across the Philippines. “I would like to extend my gratitude for the visit and the very enlightening discussion. I believe this collaboration helps us explore how we can ensure our programs remain relevant and responsive to the needs of the country,” said Prof. Vicente Antonio V. Pijano III, Chancellor and COO at PWC. “We look forward to further collaborate in designing training programs not only for current students, but also for trainees, alumni, and future graduates.”
As eduCLaaS continues its mission across Asia, this visit to Davao is a reminder that transformation begins with collaboration and that the future of learning is already here.

About Philippine Women’s College of Davao
In 1919, the visionary couple Dean Conrado Benitez and Francisca Tirona Benitez founded in Manila the Philippine Women’s College (now the Philippine Women’s University). In time, their vision of women’s education would transcend the boundaries of Manila and reach south of the archipelago. PWC alumnae from Mindanao saw the need to spread and promote the educational objectives of their Alma Mater among the young people of Mindanao. This idea became a reality when the PWU Board of Trustees approved the plan to put up the Philippine Women’s College of Davao (PWC), which eventually opened its doors to students in 1953.
