We are looking for industry practitioners with proven experience in the following business domains:
Give up traditional offline marketing methods and move to faster, more practical, cost-effective, measurable and versatile digital marketing methods (e.g., SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Reputation Management).
Implement different types of computer software, hardware and networks connecting desktops, laptops, servers, so users can work anytime, anywhere (e.g., Helpdesk, Server Management).
Connect data sources and visualise what’s important to turn unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive, and interactive insights (e.g., Power BI, Tableu).
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Integrate and continuously update a view of core business processes and share data across various departments that provide the data (e.g., Microsoft, SAP).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Integrate the relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers to stay connected to customers, streamline sales processes, and improve profitability (e.g., Salesforce).
Develop strategies to change business/organisational activities, processes, competencies and models to leverage the opportunities mix of digital technologies to remain relevant in the rapidly changing digital world.
Digital Learning & Development
Develop strategies to complement Digital Transformation to change the way companies develop their workforce's digital capabilities, skills and competencies to remain relevant in a rapidly changing digital world.
