Career Service and Income Subsidy
for 4-Year Bachelor Degree

  1. eduCLaaS will deliver paid apprenticeship placement support services for the student who successfully completed and pass their 6 months bootcamp.
  2.  
  3. Performing student would be able to receive total accumulated income of about USD 9,600 over 18 months of apprenticeship job. This is based on the income estimate of USD 500 per month over the 12 months after bootcamp and USD 600 per month in subsequent 6 months.

  5. Student who is unable to get employed after the bootcamp will be reskilled for 3 months before placed for interviews again. Reskilling can be done up to a maximum of 2 rounds within a total period of 6 months.

    1. Student who is unable to get employed or employed with income lower than USD 400 after the bootcamp will be able to pay USD 100 per month for next 6 months or based on income earned whichever is higher (Cap at USD 400). See sample scenarios below:
    2. Scenario 1: Student is able to secure an apprenticeship earning USD 500 or above after the bootcamp. Student will continue the installment payment as per the standard installment plan.
    3. Scenario 2: Student is able to secure an apprenticeship earning USD 300. Student will only be required to pay USD 300 (tag to income earned cap at USD 400) from 7th month to 12th month.
    4. Scenario 3: Student is unable to secure an apprenticeship after the bootcamp. Student will only be required to pay USD 100 per month while undergoing reskilling for the next 6 months till student gets employed and installment shall be based on income earned (cap at USD 400).
     
    1. eduCLaaS will provide students with Income Subsidy of up to 50% of their total course fees paid when the student's cumulative income during the 18 months of apprenticeship falls below US$4,000 subject to the students fulfilling all conditions as specified below
    2. Has completed and passed all the 1st six (6) months modular courses within 8 months of joining the program.
    3. Has achieved at least 90% of attendance during the bootcamp.
    4. Has achieved minimum English proficiency of IELTS 6.5 or its equivalent within 8 months of joining the program.
    5. Has been mobile and willing to accept employment as onshore or offshore talent in his or her country of residence.
    6. Has not rejected more than three (3) offers for job or apprenticeship interviews with valid reasons.
    7. Has not rejected more than one (1) offer of salaried employment, either for internship or fixed-term contract of at least six (6) months duration.
    8. Has not resigned or terminated from his employment twice (2) before graduation.
    9. Has informed eduCLaaS talent if there is a change in employment status during apprenticeship journey.
